Throughout the process of completing this elaborate and, at times, very difficult research, our team has run into many problems. With as many team members as we had, the distribution of work was significantly more difficult than we had predicted. Being given such a substantial period in which to complete this process, staying focused and not procrastinating became harder to do than we had thought. Despite all these minor setbacks, as the deadline approached quickly, we really came together as a team and displayed a valiant effort in completing this science fair to the best of our abilities.

          Communication became more and more difficult as the number of partners increased on our team. Throughout the duration of this science fair project, we had to constantly remind ourselves to keep in close contact with our partners, teacher, and technical advisor. It was especially difficult to maintain contact with our technical advisor at times due to the long-distance relationship. We learned that the key to having a great project was to maintain this essential communication and we have all discovered this valuable lesson through this experience that is quintessential to being a successful leader of tomorrow.
